Cosmic acceleration and ekpyrotic bounce with Chameleon field

چکیده

In this article, we explore the homogeneous and isotropic flat Friedmann-Robertson-Walker (FRW) model in Chameleon cosmology. By considering a non-minimal coupling between scalar field matter, present non-singular bouncing cosmological scenario of universe. The universe initially exhibits ekpyrotic phase during contracting era, undergoes bounce, then expanding it smoothly transits to decelerating era having matter radiation dominated phases. Further, is connected late-time dark energy-dominated epoch. We use numerical solution techniques solve non-minimally coupled gravity equations for understanding evolution along with other quantities like effective potential model. thus unifies an ekpyrotic, non-singular, asymmetric bounce energy study confront observational results on equation state parameter by constraining parameters.

An interacting scalar field and the recent cosmic acceleration

In this paper it is shown that the Brans Dicke scalar field itself can serve the purpose of providing an early deceleration and a late time acceleration of the universe without any need of quintessence field if one considers an interaction, i.e, transfer of energy between the dark matter and the Brans Dicke scalar field.

Cosmic Acceleration and M-theory

The status of accelerating four-dimensional universes obtained by timedependent compactifications of 10 or 11 dimensional supergravity is reviewed, as is the ‘no-go’ theorem that they evade. All flat cosmologies for a simple exponential potential are found explicitly. It is noted that transient acceleration is generic, and unavoidable for ‘flux’ compactifications. Included is an eternally accel...

Gravitational energy and cosmic acceleration

Cosmic acceleration is explained quantitatively, as an apparent effect due to gravitational energy differences that arise in the decoupling of bound systems from the global expansion of the universe. “Dark energy” is a misidentification of those aspects of gravitational energy which by virtue of the equivalence principle cannot be localised, namely gradients in the energy due to the expansion o...

Cosmic Acceleration and Modified Gravity

Abstract I briefly discuss some attempts to construct a consistent modification to General Relativity (GR) that might explain the observed late-time acceleration of the universe and provide an alternative to dark energy. I mention the issues facing extensions to GR, illustrate these with two specific examples, and discuss the resulting observational and theoretical obstacles. This article compr...

Cosmic Ray Propagation and Acceleration

Theoretical views on particle acceleration in astrophysical sources and propagation of cosmic rays (CR) depend very much on the quality of the data, which become increasingly accurate each year and therefore more constraining. On the other hand, direct measurements of CR are possible in only one location on the outskirts of the Milky Way and present only a snapshot of very dynamic processes. Th...
